Services
HireNow is a platform connecting clients to vetted service providers. We do not directly employ service providers but ensure they pass vetting.
Client Responsibilities
- Provide accurate information
- Treat professionals with respect
- Pay through the platform only
- Report issues within 24 hours
Service Provider Responsibilities
- Deliver services as agreed
- Maintain professional standards
- Adhere to our code of conduct
Payments
All payments are processed via our secure platform. Escrow protects both parties. Cancellation terms apply as communicated at the time of booking.
Dispute Resolution
Report disputes through the platform. Our team will investigate and resolve within 7 business days.
Limitation of Liability
HireNow acts as a platform intermediary. We are not liable for the conduct of service providers beyond our vetting and managed oversight obligations.
Termination
We reserve the right to terminate accounts that violate our policies.
